The training center at Al-Istiklal Hospital held a training course entitled "Healthcare Leadership and Change Management." The course, presented by Dr. Waddah Da'meh, a faculty member at the College of Nursing at the University of Jordan, was attended by a number of heads of health and administrative departments. The course discussed key aspects of leadership in the health sector and how to manage change.
