Dr Dina Al Shamaileh is an Interventional Cardiologist known for her calm approach, clear communication, and genuine care for her patients.
She completed her medical degree at the Jordan University of Science and Technology and trained within the Royal Medical Services, where she worked in internal medicine, emergency care, and cardiac care units.
Earlier in her medical practice, she broadened her experience through short cardiology rotations at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and the Ochsner Heart and Vascular Institute in New Orleans. These rotations focused on clinical cardiology and allowed her to observe procedures, participate in rounds, and learn within leading cardiac units in the United States.
She continued her specialty training at the Queen Alia Heart Institute across clinics, cath labs, echo units, and intensive cardiac care, managing a wide range of diagnostic and interventional cases.
Dr Dina is certified by the Jordanian Medical Council in Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology and has contributed to research in cardiology and public health.
A significant part of her professional growth came from being mentored by her father, Dr Qasem Al Shamaileh. Working alongside him strengthened her clinical judgment and shaped the way she connects with patients throughout their care.
Patients describe her as steady, approachable, and someone who explains conditions in a way that feels clear and reassuring. Her focus is on early diagnosis, prevention, and care that is thoughtful, honest, and centered on the patient’s wellbeing.
